Our students Abraham Lock Jun Jiang and Loh Chong Hooi under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Rahmat Budiarto won a silver medal at NRIC 2010 held from 26 to 28 MAY 2010 at USM. In overall, USM won 1 Gold, 6 Silvers and 1 Bronze. Congratulations to the team on the success of their product called "Dynamic Quality of Service Mechanism for High Definition Internet Protocol Television in IPv6 Networks".
Our students won a silver medal at NRIC 2010
During the recent Malaysian Technology Expo 2008 that was held at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur, from 21 - 23 February, three of our lecturers have won 2 Gold Medals, 1 Silver medal and 1 Special Award.
The project entitled "iNet Portable - An Intelligent Realtime Network Monitoring and Surveillance Tool" by Mr. Azlan Osman and team were able to secure a Gold Medal and The Best Award (Special Award). Associate Professor Dr. Bahari Belaton project entitled "Quality Alerter - A Security Appliance for Reducing False.
Alerts in Intrusion Detection System" walked away with a Gold Medal. Mr. Mohd Azam Osman and Ms. Maziani Sabudin were awarded a Silver Medal for their project entitled "Info-Link for Halal Food Restaurant".
