Introduction

Student Development Portfolio

The student development portfolio focuses on providing necessaries support towards the development of skills and competency among students via various pathway such as:

  • Workshops
    • Study skills: specific workshops are conducted to help students having difficulties in studies as envisioned by their CGPA.
    • Working skills: several speakers will be invited from the industry to deliver talks on the essential things that our students should start cultivating for their future employments. These includes the topics such as “What are the skills that employer are looking for in fresh graduates”
  • Competitions
    • Our staffs never stop grooming students for competitions held nationally and worldwide. We have been competing in almost software-based competitions such as Imagine Cup, Innovate Malaysia, Hilti IT Competition, Red Hat Challenge, Digi Change for Life Challenge, F-Secure, National Research and Innovation Competition etc.
  • Students Organized Events
    • The leadership and management skills are being cultivated via students’ activities organized by the Computer Science Society. This society is the platform for students to engage in activities and act as the link between the school and the students. Each students of the school is automatically enrolled as member of the society. Every academic session, the society would organize ten activities involving all students. The society has also been supporting school’s project by becoming the co-organizer in which students would have their own set of management team for the event.
